TRI Off Season Training
Wow! My triathlon training season started already with a slow bang. Wish me luck... First race is on April 08, 2006 in Florida.

As a child my uncle past down the sport of Cycling to me. Something I've done while everyone choose to drive. Now after becoming an adult being caught up in corporate america, and life changes, I lost touch with one of my most precious tools...The Bike.
